Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I decided to come here as the person-in-charge JJ was patient and professional unlike the few other places I messaged who were brusque/ curt/ unfriendly and did not seem interested in my business (of reupholstering just two dining chairs). Rather than outsource overseas, it was reassuring that the work is done locally as mentioned on their website, which also resulted in a short turnaround time while maintaining high quality. Everyone showed a genuine desire to ensure satisfaction: from helping me to load the chairs into my car - even providing pieces of foam to cushion the legs against its interior - to following up to ask if all is well. The entire process was so smooth that it is no wonder they were featured on Channel 8 just a couple of months ago!

As I was unable to provide the necessary details after the call but a few hours later, he responded very promptly after I sent the necessary information to him. I had given my wing 3 seater sofa set plus two wing arm chairs for upholstery. It was done in full leather. The foam density for the cushions were too good!. The whole upholstery was done as per the original design with full leather and when it was delivered to the house on eve of christmas it looked so brand new as if i have bought a new brand sofa set. I was too impressed with the excellent workmanship!Very professionally done and value for money. In addition i have asked them to go ahead to to the laquer for the armrests and that too was beautifully done too!. I would definitely recommend to friends if they need to upholster their sofa set. It was suppose to take 3 weeks but the set was returned way before the schedule date set Thank you Mallika VK
