Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value My dining chairs needed re upholstery. I contacted JJ of Kia Meng Trading after I saw a reupholstered sofa at a friend's place done by him. He was very responsive and gave me a reasonable quotation. We went to his workshop to choose the fabric. We were impressed by his knowledge and experience. He recommended us 2 fabric shades after looking at pictures of our dining area and these were the 2 shades that were in our mind too. In addition we also changed cushions of another seater. We used lalamove to transport the chairs and it was easy to coordinate with him for the logistics. We are very happy with our chairs with a brand new look and the seater is comfortable with the new cushions.Glad to have found a good re-upholstery company with good customer service and excellent quality of workmanship.Thank you JJ.

Stumbled upon KMT on the website while researching for upholstery for my old dining chairs. Had liaised with JJ on the quotation & enquiries via watsapp. Came down to workshop to meet JJ to look at material samples & design. JJ was friendly, flexible & experienced. He showed me a whole complete material samples & colours to choose from his collection shelves. He made a few suggestions on what material to choose & what to avoid as well as the current material trend for my chairs. I spent about an hour just selecting the right colours before ordering! Lead time turnaround is 2 weeks upon materials received but KMT managed to complete my order within 8 days! Workmanship is good and fast. Easy breezy to work with JJ on the order and purchasing process from start till end of return delivery. My new dining chairs look so much better now after being upgraded! Thank you JJ for the pleasant purchasing experience!

I was at a loss as the piece of cloth at the back of my headboard came off due to my ignorance to vacuum the dust from it. The bed is still in good condition despite in use for 20 plus years. I shared with Mr. Jj in watsapp message about how it happened, and he is really very kind. Having understood the whole situation, he called me and to my surprise, he guided me how to resolve the problem as it is too minor that I can repair it myself. He is by far the best contractors that I sincerely feel grateful to encounter with. Not mercenary, polite and went the extra mile to advise a customer in an approach we will hardly think of. I needed a fix on my couch and reached out to Kia Meng Trading. I spoke to a gentleman called JJ. This guy is so experienced and unbelievably patient and polite. He did not jump into quoting me the world but instead talked me through my various options, one of which included DIY where he would make no money from me but still spent time over the phone with me. Based on our interactions, although I have not engaged Kia Meng for any work yet, I would definitely recommend at least approaching them for a consult on work you need done.
